Fraud and scams evolve constantly. While we work to keep our information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that our materials will prevent any particular loss, scam, or harm. You are responsible for your own decisions and are encouraged to consult trusted family members, caregivers, or professionals.

We may link to government agencies, reporting portals, and other organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Workshop scheduling, availability, and content are at our discretion and subject to change. Requesting a workshop does not guarantee one will be provided.

Donations are processed through Donorbox and its payment providers. Donations are voluntary and, where applicable, tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor. Donation records are handled per our Privacy Policy.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or via video conference), rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to file, join, or participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Streak Senior Solutions and its board of directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, our materials, or our programs, or from reliance on any information or referral we provide.

In any dispute, each party is responsible for its own attorney's fees and legal costs.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
